WHY CONTINUITY TESTING
Finding Information Is Not the Same as Knowing Whether It Still Applies
Retrieval can locate relevant information. Continuity testing evaluates whether an AI can determine what is current, authoritative, superseded, historically applicable, attached to the correct entity, and sufficiently supported to use.
AI systems can retrieve the right words and still return the wrong organizational state. Continuity testing introduces controlled changes in facts, authority, identity, timing, and supersession to determine whether an AI preserves what is applicable now and what belonged only to the past.
GovKM establishes a known test history, issues continuity challenges, captures the observed responses, and compares them with the expected state. The result is an evidence chain showing where continuity was maintained, lost, or could not be established.
The result is organizational knowledge that remains reconstructable, explainable, and trustworthy for both people and artificial intelligence.

Accepted Testers Receive the Full GovKM Continuity Workflow
Beta participation is intentionally capacity-limited. Accepted participants receive the complete assisted workflow: scope and fixture design, controlled execution, independent scoring, sealed evidence, findings, remediation guidance, and retesting where appropriate. Synthetic data is preferred.
No Forced Migration
SharePoint, shared drives, email, collaboration platforms, cloud storage, records systems, and line-of-business applications can remain in place.
